Delta 4 Benefits is an independent consulting firm specializing in group benefits and ancillary insurance. For more than 28 years we have helped Arizona employers offer benefits their people value.
Ancillary insurance is the coverage that rounds out a medical plan, such as dental, vision, life and disability. Together with group medical, these are the core of what we do, and we work only with employer-sponsored (group) plans.
We work on our clients' behalf with all the major insurance companies, provide comprehensive market analysis, and help implement each client's benefits program. We also hold educational meetings so employees understand the value of the benefits being provided to them.
Our bilingual staff help our clients' employees with benefit and claim resolution. Having a working background in how claims are processed and paid, we know the right terminology to use and the right questions to ask insurance companies.
